How to care for your

Our linen is extremely durable and made from high-quality natural fibres, however, it’s important to maintain and care for your linen correctly to avoid damage.

Bedding

Duvet/Sheet Sets

Do
Wash separately using lukewarm water (<40 degrees) and either a gentle hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle.

Use a mild detergent (such as Softly Delicates) that contains no bleach or optical brighteners.

If you choose to hand wash only leave your linen to soak for a maximum of 10 minutes.

Air-dry your linen in the shade.

Store in a cool, dry place with appropriate ventilation.


Don't
Use bleach or detergent with optical brighteners.

Use fabric softener.

Wash your linen at high temperatures as this can cause shrinkage and weaken the natural fibres.

Dry in direct sunlight as this damages the fibres.

Dry your linen completely in the dryer as this damages the fibres.

Bean Bag

The outer layer of the bean bag is not designed to come off for washing. We recommend spot cleaning marks with lukewarm soapy water.

Picnic Blanket

Corduroy Tote Bags

Do
Wash separately and inside out using lukewarm water (<40 degrees) and either a gentle hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle.

Wash separately. Corduroy attracts lint, so do not wash with materials that produce lint (e.g. towels, fleece).

Use a mild detergent (such as Softly Delicates) that contains no bleach or optical brighteners.

If you choose to hand wash only leave to soak for a maximum of 10 minutes.

Shake well after washing.

Line dry using a clothes hanger to avoid peg marks on the pile. Or tumble dry on low heat and take it out whilst still slightly damp and line dry to finish.

Use a soft clothes brush to revive the flattened pile.
